Accounting & Reporting
- Home - Displays important information such as account balance, upcoming charges and maintenance requests. Tenants will also see the option to purchase a renters insurance policy.
· Payments - Submit one-time payments, set up auto payments, edit or delete auto payments, or view an Account Ledger.
· Account Profile - Change a number of different settings including login credentials, contact phone number or language (Spanish only).
Communication & Service
· Shared Documents - View or download documents.
· Property Details - View or download online lease documents, or read insurance coverage if enrolled in Liability to Landlord Insurance. Additionally, homeowners can mark their unit as renter occupied and upload lease details for the renter.
· View Another Unit - You only see this tab if they manage multiple units in the same Online Portal.
· Approvals - Only homeowners who are board members see this tab where they can vote and comment on approvals.
Maintenance & Efficiency
- Maintenance - Submit maintenance requests with photos, or view history of submitted requests
· Compliance - Only homeowners see this tab if you allow them to submit architectural reviews online.
· Insurance - Purchase a renters insurance policy or upload proof of insurance for an existing policy. Note: Homeowners will only have an option to add an existing homeowner insurance policy.
